At 420 Fanatics, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. 420 Fanatics cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee outcomes once a parcel is in the carrier’s possession.

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and items so we can assess the issue and assist accordingly.

Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you agree to the courier’s Authority to Leave (ATL) policy where applicable. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
