Refunds & Returns

Please choose carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not normally offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you decide you no longer want an item after purchase.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit where a product is found to be faulty, has been incorrectly described, differs significantly from the product advertised on our website, or does not perform as reasonably expected.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been used, worn, opened, or tampered with. This includes (but is not limited to) vaping devices, smoking accessories, mouthpieces, coils, filters, and any consumable or hygiene-related products. This condition applies regardless of whether the item has been partially or briefly used. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty.

All return requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and must include proof of purchase. Where applicable, you may be required to provide photos or additional information to assist us in assessing the issue.

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, or an exchange or store credit will be issued as agreed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

If you believe your purchase meets the criteria for a return or refund, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
